Each month, we’ll be sharing a guest post by Andrea Fellman of Wanderlust Living, Andrea’s set out to interview global moms + dads who are very “Tea” – they look for adventure in their lives and strive to make the foreign familiar for their families through travel and curiosity! A long time Tea partner and a woman who truly embodies the Tea spirit, we’re thrilled to have Andrea as a foreign correspondent (she lives in Barcelona!). In Andrea’s fourth guest post, we’re introducing you to Elaine, who lives with her family in Denver, Colorado. Read on to learn more!
Always up for an adventure, our newest tees were inspired by all the wild and wonderful things we saw in Australia. Follow along as we share a behind the scenes look at the inspiration for our graphics!
This past weekend, we invited 22 of our Tea Insiders to join us in San Francisco for a weekend of conversation, collaboration and lots of celebration. Our Tea Insiders is a group made up of Tea Collection’s nearest and dearest explorers. They share our brand values – spreading connection and curiosity through the lives of their family and friends, covet our new arrivals each season and aren’t ashamed to call themselves “Tea obsessed”. They flew in from all across the country (and Canada, too!) to spend time with us at our Studio Tea space. Over the course of 2 days, we shared some exciting news and we didn’t want you to miss out.
Curiosity is a way of life. One of the biggest wonders of travel is the constant sense of discovery—and we love exploring and discovering with kids. On our catalog shoot in the Walkabout Wildlife Park an hour north of Sydney, we helped our friends learn how to make DIY sunprints. This easy, and inspiring, diy project can be made with anything you can find outside. Learn how you can make a sunprint too, at home with just a few supplies.
“Alright, kids! Let’s get going. Remember, do everything I do. And make sure you walk around the emu poo!” And with that, Ranger Karen and her intrepid band of young explorers head off into the Aussie bush. Walkabout Wildlife Park, north of Sydney, is a wild and wonderful place where you can hang out with free-roaming wallabies and grey kangaroos, meet salty crocs and spiny echidnas and even pet a huge coastal carpet python named Yamba.
We love seeing how our customers wear Tea. Real kids, doing real kid things like running through the yard, playing in dirt or having quiet moments at home. From your Instagram photo to the ones you upload through our Kids Love Tea gallery, it makes our day to see your little citizens, laugh, play and explore in Tea. In celebration of the weather warming up and being able to wear the newest spring styles (outside!), we partnered with Tea customers to see how they could wear our newest styles in their everyday life.
